Important Georgia compliance limitation

This agreement does not authorize TSavvy Business Consultant to sell or perform consumer credit-repair services prohibited by Georgia law. Terms of service

3. Scope, Fees, and Client Responsibilities

TSavvy will provide only the services described above or in an attached written scope. Client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and timely information; review deliverables for accuracy; and use all information lawfully. Any additional service requires client approval. Payment timing and refund rights are subject to applicable law; no term requires an unlawful advance payment.

4. No Guarantee; Third-Party Decisions

TSavvy does not guarantee a credit score, financing amount, lender approval, vendor approval, business funding, interest rate, deletion of accurate credit information, or any other specific outcome. Banks, lenders, credit bureaus, vendors, government agencies, and other third parties make independent decisions.

5. Prohibited Requests

Client may not request false statements, fabricated documents, identity misrepresentation, synthetic identities, misuse of an SSN or EIN, or use of a CPN as a substitute for an SSN. TSavvy may refuse or terminate any request it reasonably believes is deceptive, unlawful, or outside the agreed scope.

6. Privacy and Communication

TSavvy will use reasonable measures to protect client information and use it for service delivery, recordkeeping, compliance, and other authorized or lawful purposes. Client authorizes ordinary service communications using the contact information supplied. Separate consent may be required for marketing messages.

7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination

Client retains every cancellation, refund, and consumer right provided by applicable law. If a mandatory cooling-off period or cancellation notice applies, that law controls over conflicting language here. After any mandatory period, refunds are governed by the written service scope, work lawfully performed, and applicable law. Either party may terminate future services in writing, subject to non-waivable rights.

8. Professional-Services Disclaimer

Unless separately licensed and expressly engaged, TSavvy is not acting as the client's attorney, CPA, investment adviser, lender, or government representative. Services are educational, administrative, or business-consulting services. Client should obtain appropriately licensed advice for legal, tax, investment, or regulated matters.

9. Governing Law; Entire Agreement

This agreement is governed by applicable federal law and the laws of Georgia. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions remain in effect. This agreement, the selected service scope, and any required disclosures constitute the parties' agreement. No provision waives a non-waivable consumer right.
